About bookings
What I have to do after booking online?
Your bookings are confirmed by phone calls and our representative will ask you for more details.
Do you offer on demand service/fleet?
Yes we do, but it is subjected to availability & booking has to be made few days prior to event.
How do you manage group transportation?
We only need contact details including locations and we will manage the rest for you.
Do you offer logistics services?
Yes, we do offer logistics services.
We work throughout the US & we are located in Philadelphia.
About payments
Do you require payment in advance whil booking online?
Our booking form does not require payment to process you request. The payment has to be made upon confirmation.
What are the supported payment gateways?
We support multiple payment methods including
- Paypal
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Online Transfers
- Wallet Transfers
Are there any additional charges for online transactions?
No, we do not charge anything extra. However your bank may incur additional processing fee.
What if I have multiple bookings / change in booking?
You can or we will call you to compensate the change in payment amount, we will either ask you to pay or we will pay you back.
You can pay for multiple bookings in one transaction, but you need to call us.
